Abstract
The recycle of rare-earth elements in the low-concentration rare-earth wastewater was studied in this paper. There was a certain variation on the solution conductivity, current and temperature when the voltage, pH and electrode changed. The conductivities had upward trend under different conditions but the rates of gradual change were different, similarly, the current decreased gradually under different treatment conditions but the decreased trends were different. Under the different conditions, there were significant differences in the content and the order of precipitation in the rare-earth solution. The study found that the recovery of the rare-earth elements was good when the pH was between 6 and 9, voltage was 18V around and the Al was used as anode.
