Abstract
SWOT and TOPSIS (technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) are integrated to construct a method of strategic analysis and decision-making in this paper. SWOT is an important tool of strategic analysis, and TOPSIS is an important tool of decision-making methods. We can combine these two methods to construct an integration method, using SWOT to build strategic evaluation indicators, and using TOPSIS to evaluate and rank the proposed strategies. Thereby we can derive the ways to deal with optimization of strategies in the process of strategic analysis and strategic formulation.
