Abstract
These findings have practical significance for focusing design and managerial efforts in addressing the needs of the end users during the system design phase and for future system improvements. Our results indicate that if a system is perceived as easy to use and useful by the end users, then it will more likely be accepted and effectively used. Future analysis will examine the relationships between the two main identified predictors and identify the factors that influence them.
