  • Abstract
    In this paper, design process and structure of the high-speed train bogie parameters determination test bench is introduced. The virtual prototype for the test bench is established by SolidWorks, and through the finite element analysis of key components of the test bench, such as the gantry framework and the single 6 degree of freedom loading system assembly, it shows that performance indexes of key components have met the technical document requirements, which proves that the test bench design is reasonable and reliable. The dynamic and static measurement of kinetic parameters of bogies in a complete vehicle or an independent bogie can be made on the test bench. The successful development of the test bench will provide test data for bogie design and reduce the bogie development cycle.
