Abstract
According to the reactive power distribution and compensation of regional power network, in this article we introduce a power network reactive power optimization calculation software which, based on the traditional simplified gradient reactive power optimization algorithm and the second term Newton tide algorithm, fully uses the object-oriented concept and programming technology. It acts to be simple and practical with a good generality and extensibility, it has been applied in a city power network to optimize reactive power, with a stable and reliable performance, together a satisfactory economic effect.
