Abstract
The MBOC Galileo Reference Receiver is a newly designed prototype for GNSSs SIS demodulation on E5, E6 and L1 bands. The receiver, with more than one-hundred channels, is developed in a modular and reconfigurable fashion and is targeted to upgraded Ground Reference Stations. New features include specific processing of MBOC modulations and a novel proprietary technique for Giove PRS tracking. The receiver has shown compliance with Galileo requirements in terms of code and carrier accuracy in presence of wideband and narrowband interference sources. MBOC is operational since mid 2010 in two GESS station.
