Abstract
This paper uses a DEA model to do an empirical analysis on the innovative efficiency of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the cluster based on inputs and outputs, and provides an effective way to identify existing issues and the causes of SMEs in Guangdong cluster of materials industry, puts forword the direction to improve SMEs´ innovative efficiency in the cluster for the decision makers.
