Application of green buildings´ evaluation system in old housing renewal

As the development of old housing renewal year by year, the performance evaluation before the project construction and the achievements assessment when the renewal project finished play a more important role. How to grasp the performance of the old house scientifically and how to renewal the old housing as a green, low-carbon, sustainable development buildings is our main research point. In this paper, the “Evaluation standard for green building” and lots of domestic and international mature norms that have been accredited were referenced. A serial of evaluation system which focuses on the green building assessment was established. And it has applied to the “demonstration base” of the Key Projects in the National Science & Technology Pillar Program during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan Period for its effectiveness and scientificalness verification. We hope it will apply to more old housing renewal program.
