The protective exploitation of marine cultural landscapes is important part of cultural industry system of Zhejiang province. Base on analysis of Present Situation of Protection, Development and Utilization of marine cultural landscapes in Zhejiang province, the paper advanced Connotation of protective exploitation of marine cultural landscapes in Zhejiang province. The exploitation practice in Zhejiang can be summarized five patterns which are setting up theme museums of oceanic culture, holding oceanic culture festival celebrations, exploiting religious festival-tourism, restoration of cultural relics, constructing ecosystem protection zone of oceanic cultural landscapes.
