Abstract
In a single electron pump operated by harmonic drive and triangle drive, the cotunneling rate is calculated based the adiabatic and non-adiabatic tunneling model. The result shows that the cotunneling rate operated by the harmonic drive is larger than by the triangle drive in the case of adiabatic tunneling (i.e. low frequency) and vice versa in the case of non-adiabatic tunneling (i.e. high frequency).
