  • Abstract
    Coastal zone as a transition zone between land and sea is the most complex environment on earth and the special zone. With remote sensing technology for the continuous development of earth observation, satellite remote sensing of the ecological environment in the coastal zone occupies a more important position. In related research since 2006 on the basis of thorough analysis, based on different research projects on the coastal zone in the region was divided into five types, including coastal waters, coastline, the coastline as the axis of the ribbon area, coastal wetland area, coastline strip of land-based areas of the different application areas. Coastal Studies for the main contents of the ecological environment is divided into four types, including land use and landscape pattern change, wetland landscape pattern and driving forces of change, shoreline change research, coastal water of the ecological environment. Finally, the current problems and future trends were analyzed based on explaining the main research results in this paper.
