  • Abstract
    The performance of the atomic frequency standards held at CENAM is presented along with a description of the high-resolution phase comparator used for their characterization. The frequency stability measurements for short and medium term are presented. The phase comparator is based on the double mixer method with a resolution better than 1 ps.
