  • Abstract
    In recent years the digital servo system has been used more and more in atomic frequency standards. In order to study its performance we made a prototype of such a circuit and reported the results. Based on the investigations a digital servo chip microprocessor designed for the cesium frequency standard has been developed. Its features are described.
