Low-carbon motorized urban planning

Along with Chinese urbanization advancement quickening, the city motorization level has enhanced, the environment question and the energy question which brings by the transportation is more serious in the urban development process, I analyzed the environment question and the energy question which China faces now, the urban construction of China should be concentrated because of the big population, the key issues of urban planning in low carbon motorization is to process relationships between centralization and decentralization.
