  • Abstract
    In this paper, helical screw expander double circulation system of organic working fluids is researched by theoretical analysis and computer simulation. Two ways, that are vapor-liquid two-phase and vapor power circulation, are put forward. The findings of this study are restricted to the method of determining the main parameters, system cooling program and optimal selection of organic working fluids. The results show that vapor-liquid two-phase circulation way should be used for single cycle system, while vapor power circulation way should be used for double circulation system; Pentane is the best working fluid comparing with propane, n-butane, isobutene.
