Abstract
This paper presents a topology to charge the gate of a high side power switch driver circuit. A new charge-discharge block which uses five constant current steps is proposed to improve the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). This original circuit is compared with a driver based on a constant gate charge current by extended simulations.
