  • Abstract
    Electromagnetic repulsion mechanism is a new rapid actuator based on the principle of eddy current, which is better than ordinary spring and permanent magnet actuator in much performance. The electromagnetic repulsion mechanism will be analyzed and designed in this paper. The designed model is simulated by the finite element analysis software Maxwell and the rationality is verified. The main factors which affect dynamic characteristics of the mechanism are also researched. Theoretic reference for electromagnetic repulsion mechanism design is obtained.
