  • Abstract
There are some known breast cancer oncogenes, and many genes have various relations with them. More susceptibility genes remain to be identified from these numerous relations. Based on the analysis of some literature, a multi-criteria evaluation model for breast cancer susceptibility gene has been constructed by reference. According to this model, we get the ranking evaluation result of alternatives. The Pub Med literature search shows CDC2 gene ranked first is researched frequently. Besides TopBPl gene ranked second and HMMR gene ranked 6th are identified as susceptibility genes for breast cancer by references. This shows the multi-criteria evaluation model can correctly represent the relation between genes and being susceptibility genes for breast cancer. Then we focus on SMC4L1 gene ranked third. By analysis, SMC4L1 is potential to be a susceptibility gene for breast cancer. It´s worth while to research SMC4L1 further.
