  • Abstract
    This paper presents a linearization technique based on the exact inverse of a Wiener or a Hammerstein system, a class of nonlinear systems, which can be represented by the interconnection of a linear dynamic subsystem and a memoryless nonlinear subsystem. The exact inverse consists of a linear inverse and a root solver. Previous techniques, based on adapting both the linear and the non-linear parts are not suitable for realtime implementation due to high computational cost and slow convergence rate. The proposed algorithm is robust and easy to compute and its performance is verified by computer simulations
