Abstract
Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor provides a useful means to study the concentration change on the sensor chip. In this study, we developed a living cells adhesion behavior monitoring technology, using SPR biosensor to detect the refractive index change induced by the living C6 cells attachment. Combined with the cell images under microscope, the re-distribution of molecules between the cell-matrix during the cell adhesion process was discussed.
