Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The construction of modern agricultural system is the direction of China´s agricultural development, while modern agriculture with characteristics of agricultural informatization and service internetizing needs the development of e-commerce. There are some problems in developing fundament and environment of China´s agricultural e-commerce model. The paper puts forward some suggestions for the new model through analysis of existing e-commerce models.
