Abstract
We present some results on thermoelectrical properties of several levels of Sn doped Bi88Sb12 single crystal. Resistivity and Seebeck coefficient are measured between 100 and 300 K by applying magnetic field 0-1.2 T. Based on experimental results, these values have a strong dependence on magnetic field and the dependence is the same as that of the Sn doping effect
