Abstract
The problem of degeneration of multivariable continuous systems, arising at multifrequent mode of operation of systems in the case of harmonic input signal, is considered. The decision comes true with the help of condition number of frequent transfer matrices, designed with use of similarity concept of state component compelled of multivariable system to the source state of finite dimensional input signal and determined in result of the decision of the matrix Sylvester equation
