After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The low-voltage power line as a transmission medium, proposed to power line carrier technology, through the power line carrier signals to monitor the operational status of electrical equipment to protect electrical equipment. The large-scale medical equipment is of the great significance. Through the intelligent management system can be well managed to use these large-scale medical equipment, saving money and resources, cost savings. It is not only can improve economic efficiency, but also for the use of power line carrier technology to the next level.
