  • Abstract
    Near-far problem is one of the big problems in direct sequence spread spectrum communications. Conventionally as the countermeasures against near-far problem such methods as transmission power control and crosscorrelation cancellation have been proposed. However, these are not adapted to consumer communications without base stations or concentrated systems. Therefore, we propose an interference cancellation system considering the consumer communications. It can be realized by the estimation of unknown spread sequences of strong interfering signals, making a replica of the interfering signal by using the estimated sequence, and the subtraction of the replica from the received signal
