Research on Supplier Evaluation of Rough Sets and Fuzzy Grey Relational Cluster Clustering Analysis

Supplier evaluation is the precondition to choose a good supplier. Based on the analysis of existing methods of supplier evaluation, this article builds evaluation index system of suppliers´ comprehensive strength and puts forward an comprehensive evaluation model which is based on rough sets and fuzzy grey-linked clustering analysis so that the results of the evaluation are much more objective, scientific, accurate. Finally a calculation example illustrates the specific application of this evaluation method in supplier evaluation and selection.
