Abstract
The ever-increasing demands on mass customization have imposed tremendous challenges on the design and evolution of PFA. Aiming at this issue, technology evolution theory of TRIZ was introduced to study PFA evolution process. And the technology evolution mode of increasing resource contain domain was put forward to guide PFA evolution process. At the same time, resource combination method was used to evaluate the conjunction characteristic of constituent component of PFA as well. In order to describe the relationship among constituent components of PFA, a complex network model was proposed, where the edges between different nodes represent the relations of PFA components such as parent-child, number per operation, functional relationship of parent-child pair and so on. And then simple path-detecting algorithm was used to find out the statistical characteristics of constituent components of PFA. By analyzing the module conjunction characteristics of PFA network, the result can be used to guide PFA evolution process. This can control PFA evolution trend and improve the rationale and modularization level of PFA.
