Abstract
This paper presents impedance spectroscopy measurements based on auto-balancing bridge method (50Hz-5MHz) on a single Xenopeus Oocyte cell with a two electrodes sensor chip. It has been seen that the presence of the cell in the sensor modify frequency behavior of impedance. In addition, electric modelling of the sensor with and without cell was achieved using finite elements method and showed influence of cytoplasm conductivity
