  • Abstract
The paper presents a process optimal control scheme of sheet metal forming springback based on evolutionary strategy. The springback prediction model is established on orthogonal test analysis. The evolutionary strategy based on linear transformation fitness function is used as optimization algorithm, the smallest sheet metal forming springback as the goal, to complete the process parameter optimization design of multi-curvature forming, thus obtaining the best process parameters. The sheet metal forming springback test is conducted in the best process parameters. The experiment results indicate that the best process scheme can be achieved with the process optimal springback control method based on evolutionary strategy, the springback can be controlled and reduced effectively.
