  • Abstract
An accurately regulated improved multiple output Forward dc-dc converter is proposed. In this topology, each output has its own feedback control circuit for output regulation, that controls the appropriate synchronous rectifiers in the pertinent output stage, to eliminate cross-regulation between outputs. Steady state analysis as well as state space modeling of multiple output forward converter is performed to understand the topology and to provide design guidance. A 220V input, 5V/10A, 12V/2A, -12V/2A outputs prototype is simulated using PSIM Simulink module and compared with conventional multiple output forward converter to verify its advantage. All the three output voltages exhibit improvement in cross regulation.
