Abstract
To investigate the electromagnetic (EM) scattering from a PEC target located above a two-layered rough surface, the method of moments (MOM) is introduced in this paper. The incident wave is considered in the vertical polarization. The discrepancies of the bistatic scattering from this composite model and two-layered rough surface only are shown firstly. The influences of the relative permittivity of the intermidate medium, the cylinder and the rough surface characteristic parameters on the bistatic scattering coefficient are discussed in detail.
