  • Abstract
    This paper analysis the sections of a Low temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) helical inductor, presents a new circuit model of LTCC helical inductor. Simulation of presented circuit model matches the result of full wave electromagnetic simulation until 9 GHz.
