  • Abstract
    The aim of this paper is to construct an absorber using metamaterial structure which operates at narrow band. The proposed structure is simulated using Microwave studio by CST. Simulations show that S11 of our first structure is -15.20 dB and the absorbance is 97.74% in the resonant frequency at 5.962 GHz and for second structure absorption occurs at 5.296 GHz with absorbance of 99.859% and S11 of -28.243 dB. The frequency of the proposed structures where absorption occurs is reduced significantly as compared to existing structure, but can be more efficient in absorbance.
