Abstract
Ultrasonic insonator (USI) consisting of piezoceramic plate with rigidly connected steel rod is considered. A method for acoustic signal intensity calculation is proposed. Calculated intensities are closed to experimentally measured intensities. It is shown that the insonator generates maximal signal at resonant frequencies and that the number of peaks in frequency dependence decreases when the length of the rod is decreased and it should be taken into account when designing new devices for reflexotherapy.
