Abstract
A collection of slides from the author´s conference presentation is given. It is concluded that: QoS for subscribers is a potential additional business case for Access Network operators; technology is mature and proven; - QoS support can be added to Ethernet-based access networks at low initial investment which will lead to gradual upgrade upon customer acceptance.
