  • Abstract
    In conclusion, a novel type of widely wavelength-tunable and wavelength selectable semiconductor laser based on super compact grating is introduced. Initial fabrication result demonstrate the wide wavelength tuning range is illustrated. The attractive performance of the laser could lead to a powerful DWDM-on-Chip technology that offers attractive solutions for avionics photonics.
