Abstract
In this work, the induction machine control problem is treated in a feedback control theory viewpoint. The effects of parameter variation, non-stationarities and nonlinearities of the system are considered as model uncertainties. A linear state feedback controller, robust to all variation range of the plant, is synthesized to provide robust stability to the drive. Moreover, a rotor flux observer is proposed to make this solution suitable even for standard machines
