Abstract
Workflow Support System(WSS) is an information system intended to manage the cooperative work following a workflow description aiming at improvement of organizational function. To archive the goal, WSS tries to manage people´s work, it also have to be considered that the working people have various condition such as work time and skill level. This research proposes to use simulation of WSS to evaluate it. An agent-based approach is adopted to consider the effect of various people´s work condition to the performance of WSS. A simulation tool is developed, and simulation of an example model is shown.
