Abstract
This research demonstrates a method for decomposing actual human behaviors into layers of perception that can be used to represent the perceptions of people in simulations. The method makes use of existing psychological behavior models to reflect perceptions relevant to questions that people might ask themselves when faced with a change within an enterprise.
