Abstract
With the rapid development of network and information technology, cloud computing is considered to be the third revolution of information technology. The rapid rise of cloud computing provides a new idea for higher education reform. It will also bring profound changes to college English learning mode. The article mainly discusses the construction of oral English autonomous learning environment based on cloud computing. A deep study is also made to the mode of oral English autonomous learning.
