Abstract
The accurate dose determination for gamma ray fields is considered, a p-i-n diode is taken as the basic detector for the implementation of a gamma ray monitor. This determination is fundamental for a further application in the evaluation of dose from photon fields generated for medical applications in Radiotherapy with LINAC´s.
