  • Abstract
We proposed a game-theoretic model for competitive information dissemination in social network. A model is presented to understand human impacts on competitive information dissemination that is described as a utility function that involves several factors shaping human behaviors, such as knowledge, interest, memory, and willingness to learn. The dissemination of information is modeled as the dynamic of a coordination game in which players´ payoff is defined by a utility function. We analyzed several cases and showed that the speed of spreading is influenced by characteristics of individuals.
