Abstract

Considering the role of knowledge management during process of technological innovation, this paper manages to build evaluation index system of technological innovation capability based on perspective of knowledge management, use factor analysis method and establish corresponding evaluation model in order to evaluate technological innovation capability much more objectively and comprehensively. The paper finally carries out empirical analysis, and the result verifies rationality and effectiveness of evaluation index system and evaluation model that are chosen.
