  • Abstract
    Air Traffic Flow Network Rerouting (ATFNR), which determines how to organize flights departure and how to reroute flights via different paths to their destinations when their current routes passing through a region affected by the poor weather conditions, is a method for solving rerouting problem from a global perspective.
