Abstract
Career development contributes towards (i) answering fundamental concerns regarding the need for human resources planning in a virtual corporation; (ii) satisfying this need through human resources recruitment; (iii) putting emphasis on skills during human resources evaluation; and (iv) expanding those skills with training. This paper shows how career development represents a route that should be privileged as far as these contributions are concerned
