Abstract

Product-service system (PSS) focuses on the service based on product instead of selling product. It refers to selling service or function rather than pure products. Based on PSS, this paper establishes savings-share contract model and Profits-share contract model. Through quantitative analysis, it shows that when share index meet certain condition supplier enterprise and buyer enterprise will get more returns than under the traditional model and resources will be consumed much less.
