Research on management methods and applications for sharing-oriented estate surveying data

Real estate surveying data has features of mass, multi type, multi temporal, complex relationships between various data, organize and manage these data well will be helpful to real estate data sharing. According to urgent and actual needs of management and sharing of real estate surveying result data, from the perspectives of centralized management and data sharing, designed real estate surveying database and developed it´s application system. Through establishing multi-level map object model, solved associated query problem for multi-level maps, convenient for map retrieval and statistics; through establishing conversation model of heterogeneous data, effectively solved the data uploading problem between different departments; through developing and applying software system for real estate surveying data management, verified the rationality, practicality and high-efficiency of data organization methods, improved management efficiency of real estate surveying data.
