Abstract
Real estate investment is an activity with high-income and high-risk. In recent years the state´s macro-control to real estate industry have stepped up, while financial crisis broke out in 2008, which causes that the risks in real estate project increase greatly. These characteristics determine that the investors will inevitably face many risks in the whole processes especially in the earlier stage. Therefore considering the probability, losses, predictability and manageability of risk factors, the thesis constructs risk assessment model based on matter-element model and extension set theory. At the same time, taking into account the balance of risk factors, the thesis builds extension variable weights method. The results prove the model is feasible, and can improve the level of investment decision-making.
