Abstract
WenBo routine of South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a complex, large-scale water conveyance project, its allocation of resources and management of complex relationship. Due to the massive change of information in the engineering area companies, they are forced to corporate with each other and built virtual engineering enterprises. This paper has summarized the experiences in the project management, meanwhile the problems fail to achieve success are discussed.
