The research about the price-limited housing existence conditions in China

To stabilize the house price and guarantee the housing need of the medium income group, our government has put forward the price-limited housing policy. However, in various areas it arouses the controversy on the execution of the policy. Based on a systematic analysis about the welfare among the government, the developer and the house purchaser in the construction process of the price-limited housing, this research sets up a multi-purpose plan model about its existence conditions, and takes Beijing as an exemplification to verify the author´s theory, with an expectation of giving some basis strategic suggestions for those local governments while adopting the price-limited housing policy.
